  1. When is the best time to schedule a pickup?
    1. It should be scheduled at least 3 hours before the desired pickup time.
  2. Can we cancel an appointment?
    1. Yes, at least 1 hour before the pickup time.
  3. Do you accept appointments nationwide?
    1. Currently, we only accept appointments within Davao City, Philippines.
  4. Is there a minimum weight for the laundry?
    1. Yes, laundry should be at least 5 kilos.
  5. What if my laundry is less than 5 kilos, how much do I pay?
    1. Payment should be based on the minimum weight requirement, which is 5 kilos.
  6. How long would it take you to do the laundry?
    1. Turnaround time would usually take at least 48 hours.
  7. What does it mean when my appointment status is ‘confirmed’?
    1. It means that we have successfully received your appointment.
  8. What does it mean when my appointment status is ‘picked up’?
    1. It means that we have already picked up your laundry.
  9. What does it mean when my appointment status is ‘cleaning’?
    1. It means that we have received your laundry and is now in cleaning process.
  10. What does it mean when my appointment status is ‘in transit’?
    1. It means that your laundry is done and is out for delivery.
  11. What does it mean when my appointment status is ‘done’?
    1. It means that you have claimed your laundry and paid the necessary fee.
  12. What modes of payment do you accept?
    1. Currently, we only accept cash. 50% upon pick up and 50% upon completion.
